My April Reads

Hello Gemmies! April is almost gone, and I hope everyone is staying safe at home and enjoying some great reads. It was a wonderful month of reading, despite all the craziness going on around us. And thanks to NetGalley, I also got to read some really incredible ARC'S (Advanced Readers Copy).

Each of these books gave me joy, and I was really excited to finally dive into the Grishaverse with the Shadow and Bone Trilogy....soo good!!! I devoured the first three books in the series and am looking forward to reading more. I also have to give special shout outs to The Gilded Ones by Namina Forna and Lobizona by Romina Garber both were fantastic epic fantasies! I can't wait for these gems to be out in the world for all to read. I also fell head over heels in love with The Southern Book Club's Guide to Slaying Vampires by Grady Hendrix, this was a bloody good time! And finally, I also got to read my first manga...Spy X Family Vol One. This gem by Tatsuya Endo was sooo much fun, It had a lot of laugh out loud moments. I will definitely continue to follow the series.
